Full Itinerary

DAY 1: HALONG INTERNATIONAL HABOUR - VUNG VIENG VILLAGE - KAYAKING (LUNCH/DINNER)

11:30: Ready at Signature check-in lounge

12:00: CHECK-IN

Warmly welcomed by Signature Team in Halong International Harbour. Complete the luggage check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding for the cruise.

12:45: ONBOARD

Transferred to the Signature Cruise by a tender boat. The Cruise Manager and the whole crew member welcome you onboard, a safety briefing and clearing out the itinerary will be delivered while you are enjoying our signature welcome drink.

13:00: HAPPY LUNCH
Lunch is served at our cozy restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Bai Tu Long Bay – a hidden gem of Halong Bay Complex, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone.

14:45: ACTIVITIES

The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Floating fishing village, a wealthy fishing village and had its reputation for culturing pearls. Here we have time to discover the life and culture of fishing people by kayaking for free and traditional woven (bamboo) boat rowed by a local boatman (public tickets charged based on the attraction's price).

16:00: RELAX
Back to the Signature Cruise to enjoy your free time. Massage is available - please book in advance with the Cruise Manager.

17:30: COOKING CLASS
A Cooking Demonstration of traditional Vietnamese dishes will be organized by Athena Head Chef.

18:00 - 19:00: HAPPY HOUR
Take advantage of the Happy hours “Buy 1 get 1 free” drink while the sun is giving way to stunning twilight.

19:00: DINNER
A fusion set menu will be served to warm up your stomach after a long active day.

20:30: CHEERFUL EVENING
Your free time to relax with an exotic cocktail or whatever takes your fancy. Our bar has a wide range or wines, beers and liquors and is always a welcome sight for guests after a day on Bai Tu Long Bay. Order a specialized massage in room. Choosing with other activities boat cruise such as watch documentary movies, squid ﬁshing or simply relax on our roof top deck under the cover of a star ﬁlled sky.

DAY 2: THIEN CANH SON CAVE & BEACH – BAI TU LONG BAY – HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT ( LIGHT BREAKFAST / BRUNCH)

06:30: TAICHI CLASS
The nicest time of the day on Bai Tu Long Bay is the morning. Head to Sundeck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions for 30 minutes whilst cruising to "Thien Canh Son" . Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never ending miraculous scenery unfold before you.

07:00: BREAKFAST
Light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (pastries, tea, coffee).

08:00: VISITING CAVE
Visit “Thien Canh Son” cave - Thien Canh Son Cave is comprised of three caverns in total, each one strewn with stalactites and stalagmites. 200 steps is waiting for your legs, ready to beat it.

09:00: CHECK-OUT
Come back to Signature cruise, relax and pack the luggage. Leave the luggage outside the door. Signature team will collect and get them ready on the Pier.

09:30: BRUNCH
Enjoy a brunch buffet at the restaurant after check-out while cruising toward the port.

10:45: GOODBYE
Transfer by tender back to Halong International Habour and disembarkation. Farewell to guests.

Junior suite has large window and located on the 1st floor. Senior suite has private balcony and located on the 2nd floor.

3. Is drinking water provided on the cruise?

2 complimentary bottles of water provided in room but none with meal time, you can order hot water without charge.

4. Is there wifi on the cruise? Also is there a spa on the cruise?

5. Do you have to pay extra for kayaking?

Kayaking is included in the 3 days 2 nights itinerary at no extra charge. For the 2 days 1 night itinerary, you can request to experience this service at a price determined by the cruise provider. Please contact us for more details.

More than 15 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
From 15 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Children Policy

Free of charge for one child below the age of 5 years sharing with two adults. Limited one child per cabin only(not apply for Exclusive or Elite Cabin)
Children from 5 to under 12 years of age sharing a cabin with two adults on one bed are charged at 50% of adult rate, limited to one child per cabin only(not apply for Exclusive or Elite Cabin)
Two children below 12 years sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of the full cabin rate. Child from 12 years must occupy a separate cabin and pay the full cabin rate(not apply for Exclusive or Elite Cabin)
