Bus Itinerary

  • Free pick up at your hotel around Hanoi old quater (pick up time normally around 30) then depart to Halong via New Expressway
  • After around 1 hour of transfer, the van stops at the rest-stop for around 10 minutes.
  • Arrive Halong after around 2.5 of transfer, we drop off the passenger at their hotel around Tuan Chau first, then Halong city

Pick up and drop off

Hanoi: Any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. If you have no preference, the default location is Khanh Sinh Tour, 26 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem. This is a central touristic area in Hanoi.

Halong: Anywhere you choose around Halong city: Tuan Chau harbor / Hon Gai port for the cruising.

Pick up time: As a shared van service, the Actual pick up time may be +\- 30 minutes before or after the mentioned time - depending on pick up address of yours and other passengers. Your pick up time will be confirmed at least 6 hours in prior off departure time via Email or WhatsApp

Other information

  • Stops: The van does not pick up on the way, however, it makes one stop for toilet and food. 
  • Luggage Allowance: 1 medium bag (64 cm x 42 cm x 26 cm) and a small bag (30 cm x 13 cm x 42 cm) per passenger.

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 2 per ticket will be charged;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
  • Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund.
