Welcome to Hanoi. A21 tours’ guides pick you up at the airport, then take you to the hotel for some rest. After relaxation, let’s have an overall view of the Hanoi by a “cyclo” visiting, which will start around the Old Quarter of Hanoi then stop at Ngoc Son Temple located on the Hoan Kiem Lake (the “Sword” Lake), and at Quan Thanh Taoist Temple. Late afternoon we will enjoy a unique show of Water Puppetry, a traditional stage art of Northern Vietnam. Dinner and overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast, our guide will pick you up to start a trip to Duong Lan ancient village – a purely agricultural village of the Northern Vietnam and also the hometown of 2 kings in Vietnam history. (about 60 km from Hanoi).
Arrival at Duong Lam village, we will visit Mong Phu Temple (which is dedicated to national heroes), King Phung Hung Temple and King Ngo Quyen Temple.
Having a traditional lunch in an old house then continue the trip by joining with local people in producing regional specialties such as rice cake filled and soft green-lentil cake with brown onion (depending on the season of the year). On the way back to Hanoi, we can take a visit to Mia Pagoda (built in the 15th century and home to 287 statues of all sizes), Tay Phuong pagoda built in the 8th century famous by 80 Arhan sculptures, and Van Phuc silk village.
Afternoon, this is time for discovering the cuisine of Hanoi by Hanoi food tour. Over 3 hours, you’ll explore not just foods but the fascinating Old Quarter and its hundreds of specialty shops, sell silk clothing, lacquerware, embroidered linens, furniture, bamboo, cooking utensils. Then, enjoy people watching in one of the city’s many stylish cafes.
Your adventure trip to Sapa will then begin with an overnight train.
Arrive at Lao Cai Station at 06.00. Picked-up and transferred to Sapa by car (40km mountain road from Lao Cai).
After arriving in Sapa, having breakfast then spend the morning to Take 2-km short trekking to Cat Cat Village, the home of Hmong Ethic. Meeting and talking with locals to learn more about their daily life.
In the afternoon, we go on to Lao Chai (10km from Sapa) and Tavan – the villages of the tribal people Hmong, Tay and Dzay en route. Back to Sapa town for overnight.
After breakfast, you begin with a 3km trek through the breathtaking landscape to the Suoi Ho, home to Hmong minority. From here you can enjoy views of endless rice terraces.
Continuing to Matra village, you will come across a ruined church built by French in the 1900s. Spending time to explore this intriguing sight, taking some photos and have some rest then trek to the village of Ta Phin, where you will be able to meet both Black Hmong and Red Dao minorities.
Transport will be provided from Ta Phin back to Sapa. Having dinner and overnight in Hotel.
It is your free time in Sapa. Relax and enjoy the cool mountain air and have activities on your own. There are abundant of delicious restaurants here to taste. Shop for handicrafts in the market, climb to the top of Ham Rong Mountain for an overview of Sapa or get a well-earned foot massage will be your good choice.
In the evening, we return to Lao Cai and get the overnight train to Hanoi.
You will arrive in Hanoi at around 05:00, having breakfast and morning coffee before leaving to the Ha Long for the Ha Long Bay cruise 2 days 1 night cruise trip. Having lunch on the cruise.
In the afternoon, the cruise will get you around Ha Long Bay, visit hidden caves, lagoons, unspoiled beaches and floating fishing villages, then go kayaking. At night, you can leisurely rest on the deck.
Early morning, you are guided to practice Tai Chi (a very gentle kind of Chinese martial art) on deck, then have breakfast. Then the cruise will get you to visit the biggest cave in Ha Long bay – Sung Sot cave.
After that, you will board a different boat, and head to Cat Ba Island then take a light trekking trip to explore Cat Ba National Park. You will have lunch and check in before having leisure time to explore the beaches or local markets. Overnight on the island.
Having breakfast before check out and departure to Hai Phong City by high-speed boat. We will visit some of most beautiful historic sites in Hai Phong, such as Du Hang Pagoda and Hang Kenh Pagoda.
After lunch, we will drive to Ninh Binh Province. Stopping to visit Keo Pagoda – the most beautiful pagoda in Red river delta – on the way when passing by Thai Binh Province. After that, you will head to Ninh Binh Town for check-in, dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to the Tam Coc Caves. We will enjoy the spectacular scenery while gliding along the river among rice paddies and ranges of limestone mountains.
Then we visit Hoa Lu – The Ancient Capital and the remaining two temples of Dinh King & Le King. On a beautiful day, we can trek up to the top of Ma Yen mountain for taking panorama view of Truong An village and Sao Khe river. After that, we leave for Mai Chau with lunch served en route.
At Mai Chau valley, you will enjoy your homestay with a local family, dinner, traditional wine and performance of the traditional dancing of the White Thai people.
After breakfast, you leisurely trek through the beautiful valley, going from one village to another and having a chance to get in touch with local villagers going about their daily business tilling the fields, logging or herding buffalo.
Then, you will drive back to Hanoi airport for your short flight to Hue, finish the north part of Vietnam itinerary 3 weeks tour. Upon arrival at Phu Bai Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel and have free time before an overnight stay in Hue.
After breakfast, our driver and guide will pick you up to board the Dragon Boat for a cruise along the Perfume River. You will enjoy a great view of the Perfume River and peaceful surrounding area before heading to Thien Mu Pagoda considered the symbol of Hue, and of Buddhism in Vietnam. From here, you will continue to visit King Minh Mang’s Tomb and King Tu Duc’s Tomb.
You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to visit Hue Citadel to learn more about Vietnam history and Dong Ba Market to know more about local life there. Tonight, you will enjoy a Hue royal style music in Perfume river after having dinner. Overnight in Hue.
This day we will introduce you to the countryside, rice fields, and farmers’ life, which was preserved after hundreds of years. You will visit the ancient village of Phuoc Tich, a national cultural heritage site on the banks of the O Lau River, 40 kilometers to the north of Hue.
The ancient village is well-known for its traditional pottery crafts and ancient houses and temples that have been preserved for 500 years in the traditional style that makes them invaluable. From Phuoc Tich Village, you will drive to the arched Thanh Toan Bridge, built 200 years ago over the Nhu Y River, which flows around Thanh Toan Village, about ten kilometers from Hue. You can visit a local market and a small village museum before visiting Phu Cam Conical Hat Village, where you can buy typical souvenirs before an overnight stay in Hue.
You will go to Hoi An over the Hai Van Pass. You will stop in Danang for a visit to Cham Museum to learn more about history, art, cultural of ancient Champa village and handicraft villages at the foot of the Marble Mountain before arriving at Hoi An – the charming river town.
You will enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow lanes of the Ancient Quarter, visiting attractions like Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year-old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge.

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, the most bustle and hustle city in the south of Vietnam. This is one of the must-visit first cities attracting international tourists.At Tan Son Nhat Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do a check-in.
Having lunch then a one and half hour drive take you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing a web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops. Come back Ho Chi Minh city in late afternoon.
After breakfast, tourists will flight to Hochiminh city. After checking into hotels in Hochiminh city, you will start the Hochiminh city tour: visit War Remnants Museum – which preserves the memories about the Vietnam War in 20th century, Reunification Palace – the symbol of the Vietnam Republic government before 1975, the City Post, the City Opera House, Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon – which has very classical French architecture, Ben Thanh market, and enjoy Hochiminh city street foods.
After dinner, you will experience the city by night with typical activities like walking on the walking street Nguyen Hue, drinking beer/enjoying local cuisines at the western street Nguyen Khac Vien or enjoy a cup of coffee at the coffee lounge.
08.00 AM: After breakfast, our guide will take you to the trip to Ben Tre (86km), from there you will join a boat trip on the river to brickwork to see workers make bricks in a handy traditional method. Then you will visit coconut workshops located along the canal to sample fresh coconut and see how every single part of this versatile nut is turned into food and other products, go on natural scissors canals spreading out to a rural village. The boat will then stop at a quiet rural village where you can have a short walk to experience real delta village lifestyle, visit a mat weaving house, where straw mats are woven using a hand loom – you can even have a go at weaving yourself, enjoying fruits and tea, and chatting with local people by the way.
After the stop at a local restaurant for delicious lunch, we will go back to the pier by sampan and boat, meet the car for the trip to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho.
After breakfast, we board a boat and travel for about 40 minutes to Cai Rang floating market. This is the largest float market in Mekong Delta where hundreds of boats gather to exchange fruits and local specialties.
After that, we go on to visit noodle and a rice paper factories.
After lunch, we will go back to Ho Chi Minh city.
