Value for money, 5 stars service. Value for money. The Ha Binh Cruise team provided excellent service. Besides, it is vegetarian friendly. Surprisingly, they cook delicious and excellent vegetarian food. Our guide Johnny was great. When visiting the cave he tried to arrange us away from the crowd (there was a few groups of tourist arrived at the same time). We strongly recommended to take Ha Binh Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The entire trip was awesome, as introverts, we felt great, really great.

Very good Service, and professional. The vip seats are very comfortable and the journey between Hanoi and Halong is pleasant.
Sleeper Bus is worth the price but you need to bring wipes for stopovers. The cabins are spacious which is great. The bed was comfy with a massage option. The customer service is also good. The only thing that’s stopping me from giving this 5-star was the stopover. It was in the middle of nowhere and the toilets were disgusting.
Comfortable, clean and well organised I booked three Transfers with A21 (Halong bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi) and all were very good. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time. The organisation and information given before the transfer was also very good. Before each tour I was given the drivers name, phone number and number plate.
Reliable and responsive We booked a last minute transfer from Halong Bay to Sapa with A21 and were rewarded with a super comfortable 7 seater car with a safe courteous driver. The booking office responded immediately and set up the transfer within minutes. We can confidently recommend A21 for any transfer need in Vietnam
Maia cruise Tony is a good guide, he knows how to take care of everyone and remembers everyone’s face. Constantly having small talks in between to keep us entertained. He gives his best in explaining the history and also talks about the interesting love story between the hen and rooster. The buffet has variety of food which is amazing but vegetarian options only had 4 dishes (dry noodles, tofu, spring rolls, mushrooms). Would be great if the cruise includes complementary mineral water for bus and cruise ride. Bus is 3 hours ride very big comfortable chairs but it does not recline. Overall the experience is okay for first time goers.
Outstanding, Quick and very well priced. 10/10 The communication between A21 and me was outstanding. Before, during and after pickup and drop off. Everything was clear and the response time was unbelievably quick. I should mention the price is always slightly lower than the service provided by the cruise ships. I have used A21 twice and it’s a 10/10 for me.

Liked: One of the best premium cruise in the Halong Bay. From start to end of the cruising time they are at your service. I was traveling with a one year old kid. The staff are very friendly. The ship stops at 3 points for excursions. The Jacuzzi is great. All rooms have great views. Dinner menu at its best with exclusive options. Disliked: Carry plenty of Drinking water and Beer with you. Charges are exorbitant for these on the cruise.

Food was great! It was raining but the trip still went well. We ate breakfast lunch and dinner. Then we went to the caves which was great also.
Great luxury cruise in Ha Long bay and quieter Lon Ha bay (getting away from the busies tourist bits!). Beautiful ship- more like a luxury hotel. Food and bar was great. One of the staff in particular, A Yang, was very attentive and polite, making sure we always had the right food (one of us is vegan). Good activities offered including cooking lessons and kayaking. Hot tub on the top deck was amazing to warm up after an evening swim!
Entire experience was hassle free. F&B staffs took very good care, esp. Hazel and Jhona. The considered all our food preferences. Food was amazing, rooms neat and very maintained. Must consider!

Large and comfy boat tour. Overall good experience. Boat is very large, modern and comfortable with many viewing decks. You get allocated a table for the day. This is where you have lunch and can base your stuff. The lunch was amazing with so many buffet options. Check in at the terminal was easy and plenty of crew on board to look after you. We stopped at the caves and a small beach as well as an internal lake accessed via a large cave. Ha long Bay was pretty, but it seemed all the boats are in a hurry to rush you through the caves and other sights and unfortunately the weather was very hazy and polluted while there limiting distant views.
The atmosphere, ambience and food were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We started late due to bad weather but a memorable experience as we visited 'Surprise cave' the largest cave in Halong bay. It is a worth visiting place to see the natural phenomenon and to become awestruck. We has also enjoyed live music with dance in the returning journey to Halong bay. Very Good memories to remember for life time.... We are vegetarian Indian. The cruise offered us vegetarian Indian food: roti, panneer, dal and rice with other side dishes. There were many vegetarian options to choose and we enjoyed it overall. But on the food counter of vegetarian dishes, they also placed some sea food and chicken dishes , which created a little bit chaos for strict vegetarians. If they can have separate counter with tag "vegetarian" with only vegetarian dishes , it will add more to the experience. Overall experience was very good.
I had an amazing time and I can say the same for my friends as well! Food was pretty good and the presentation of it was even better! Special thanks to the staff for being so kind, cheerful and most importantly very helpful throughout our time during the cruise.
Reliable & Good transport provider :) A21 was very responsive to my queries & was able to communicate with me via WhatsApp promptly throughout my stay in Hanoi. We booked 4x Chapa Express train tickets (2 way) to Sapa & Private car (2 way) to Halong Bay. It was a breeze using A21 & strongly recommend using their services. Halong Bay is vast and picturesque. The highlight was Dong Thien Cung. The size and formations within the cave were dramatic. Luckily most ot the bus ride from Hanoi is on a freeway, but even with that the bus ride took 2.5 - 3.0 hours one way
TOOK A DAY TOUR OFF THE CRUISE SHIP IN HA LONG BAY. I stepped off the cruise ship and entered the terminal building. The first area on left this group was selling their trip. They were very interested in signing up as many as was there. I asked for the smallest group as I was solo. They put me on a boat with around 20 total which I don’t mind. At around 930 am they walk you across the street and on to your boat. No one Dolan’s ion of life rafts or life jackets. We started out and cruised most of the day with some nice stops. The bay of ha long is a cultural spectacular, and should not be missed in your lifetime. One must visit this area. The scenery was amazing. One stop at beach was packed with many boats that file in there and drop their clients. Nothing to do but sit there and wait, unless you want to take a swim, but it was a bit cool. There are many tours, this one was fine, lunch was included and it was passable.beer and sodas available for xtra charge.
Great day out in Hanoi. A21 took us from Halong Bay to Hanoi for a day trip. Communication prior to the booking was excellent. We changed our drop off points with no problems. Drivers were courteous and bang on time each way. Luxury vip seats were worth the extra couple of dollars. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Helpful go-to company. Booking through A21 was super convenient and easy - they were also very responsive at communication with us so we felt confident in our plans. Great Transport wirh best Karma! We took the Minibus from Hanoi to Halong and it was just perfect! The bus was brandnew, clean and we felt lile real VIP. Reliable company. Great personal contact via WhatsApp in proper English. The company did everything to help and support us. The ride was a bit bumpy. The driver drove really fast and sometimes even reckless. It was raining really bad that night, so we didn’t always feel safe. We arrived 2 hours early, which proves how fast the driver was going.
