Our driver will be ready on time at your designated pickup location, whether it's your hotel, station, or another location. Typically, our driver arrives 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Please provide your pickup address on the checkout page. If you haven't confirmed your hotel yet, you can leave the field blank and update us later. You can modify your pickup address up to three hours before your scheduled pickup time. Feel free to book in advance without worries.

Drop-off Point

We will drop you off at the Departure Hall of Noi Bai airport Hanoi - HAN. Please provide your FLIGHT NUMBER on the checkout page so we can determine whether your departure is domestic or international.

How to book, pay and get confirm

At this page, you should provide your Name, Email, WhatsApp ID (for easier communication), Flight Number, and the pick-up or drop-off address. Once all details are entered, click to submit your booking.

Payment & Confirm

After receiving your request, we will verify your flight number and address. For advance bookings, you will be contacted by email; for urgent bookings (within 48 hours), we will reach out via WhatsApp. We will then send you a payment link for credit card payment. Once your payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to finalize your booking.

Reconfirm

Approximately 2–5 hours before your scheduled pick-up, you will receive a reminder email containing updated driver and vehicle information, ensuring you have all the details needed for a smooth transfer to or from the airport.

Flexible cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival/departure are fully refundable minus the handling fee of 02 USD per vehicle. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
There are no refunds for no-shows

Excellent service and value for money. I found A21 tours on Trip adviser and gave them a try and was amazed at how simple they make it , I booked all my airport transfers from them and paid via a WhatsApp link and also booked some sightseeing tours which I also paid for by WhatsApp link The communication that they give you throughout your stay in Vietnam and Hanoi is very clear and good and all the cars & drivers we had spoke clear English and there driving was exemplary I can not fault there service at all and there prices are very competitive, when I return to Hanoi I will 100% be using there services
