Very good Service, and professional. The vip seats are very comfortable and the journey between Hanoi and Halong is pleasant.
Sleeper Bus is worth the price but you need to bring wipes for stopovers. The cabins are spacious which is great. The bed was comfy with a massage option. The customer service is also good. The only thing that’s stopping me from giving this 5-star was the stopover. It was in the middle of nowhere and the toilets were disgusting.
Comfortable, clean and well organised I booked three Transfers with A21 (Halong bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi) and all were very good. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time. The organisation and information given before the transfer was also very good. Before each tour I was given the drivers name, phone number and number plate.
Reliable and responsive We booked a last minute transfer from Halong Bay to Sapa with A21 and were rewarded with a super comfortable 7 seater car with a safe courteous driver. The booking office responded immediately and set up the transfer within minutes. We can confidently recommend A21 for any transfer need in Vietnam
Outstanding, Quick and very well priced. 10/10 The communication between A21 and me was outstanding. Before, during and after pickup and drop off. Everything was clear and the response time was unbelievably quick. I should mention the price is always slightly lower than the service provided by the cruise ships. I have used A21 twice and it’s a 10/10 for me.

Took us to the airport in Hanoi and arrived at the time we asked for. I communicated through Whatsapp and everything was confirmed the evening before with car and driver details. Reliable & Good transport provider :) A21 was very responsive to my queries & was able to communicate with me via WhatsApp promptly throughout my stay in Hanoi. We booked 4x Chapa Express train tickets (2 way) to Sapa & Private car (2 way) to Halong Bay. It was a breeze using A21 & strongly recommend using their services. Their prices are also comparable to other local rates.

Great day out in Hanoi. A21 took us from Halong Bay to Hanoi for a day trip. Communication prior to the booking was excellent. We changed our drop off points with no problems. Drivers were courteous and bang on time each way. Luxury vip seats were worth the extra couple of dollars. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Prompt and excellent customer svs. I booked my trip w A21 and had to cancel it due to some medical conditions. In the midst of my handling all these medical issues, Michael was prompt in his replies and rendered one of the best customer svs that I had encountered thus far. I might have missed this trip, but with this experience, I'm sure , God willing, I will come back to this company:)

Helpful go-to company. Booking through A21 was super convenient and easy - they were also very responsive at communication with us so we felt confident in our plans. We also found ourselves needing transportation last minute after arriving in Vietnam- being able to hop on WiFi and contact them through WhatsApp was easy and they were able to arrange something for our needs.
Great Transport wirh best Karma! We took the Minibus from Hanoi to Halong and it was just perfect! The bus was brandnew, clean and we felt lile real VIP. The bus welas in time and the driver was absolutely nice! Best thing: I forgot my 150USD glasses in the van and the driver brought it to our hotel in halong the next day! That’s really good karma and I would definitely use this service agein! Thanks to Duy Tung, the driver and the rest of the team!

Reliable company. Great personal contact via WhatsApp in proper English. The company did everything to help and support us. The ride was a bit bumpy. The driver drove really fast and sometimes even reckless. It was raining really bad that night, so we didn’t always feel safe. We arrived 2 hours early, which proves how fast the driver was going.
