Hi, we are 2 people travelling from Tuan Chau Harbour to Tam Coc/Ninh Binh on Saturday 30 January 2027.

We will be arriving at Tuan Chau Harbour on the UniCharm 3 Days/2 Nights cruise, which is scheduled to disembark at around 12:00 PM.

We would like to book your 12:00 PM Halong Bay - Ninh Binh limousine transfer.

Can you please confirm:

1. Can you pick us up directly at Tuan Chau Harbour after we disembark?
2. Is it possible to arrange pickup at around 12:15–12:30 PM?
3. Can you drop us directly at our hotel in Tam Coc?

Thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry about our limousine bus service from Tuan Chau to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh.

Our pick-up service in Tuan Chau starts from 11:30 AM, with 12:00 PM being the latest possible pick-up time. Unfortunately, the docking time of Unicharm Cruise does not match our schedule, so we regret that we cannot arrange the limousine bus service in this case.

As an alternative, you may consider our private car service here: https://a21tours.com/ticket/halong-ninh-binh-private-car

Best regards,

Comfortable, clean and well organised I booked three Transfers with A21 (Halong bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi) and all were very good. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time. The organisation and information given before the transfer was also very good. Before each tour I was given the drivers name, phone number and number plate.
