朱笃至金边包车接送

Dear A21 Tours Team,

We are interested in booking your private car transfer from Chau Doc, Vietnam, to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for two people on 2 November 2026.

We found your service on your website:
https://a21tours.com/ticket/chau-doc-to-phnom-penh-car

Before booking, we would like to clarify a few details:

1. Pick-up and drop-off: We would like to be picked up directly from our hotel in Chau Doc, near the river, and taken directly to our Airbnb accommodation in Phnom Penh. We can provide both exact addresses later.

2. Luggage and vehicle size: We will be travelling with two large suitcases and a few smaller backpacks. We therefore need a vehicle with sufficient luggage space. A small economy car would not be suitable. Please confirm that appropriate vehicles will be provided on both sides of the border.

3. Border crossing and possible difficulties: We understand that a driver change is necessary at the border. Could you explain how this works and confirm that the Cambodian driver will be waiting for us? We would also like to confirm that the Vietnamese driver will remain at the border until we have successfully crossed, met the Cambodian driver, and both drivers have briefly coordinated with each other. This would ensure that everything is proceeding safely before the Vietnamese driver begins the return journey. In the unlikely event that we are denied entry into Cambodia, would the Vietnamese driver wait for us, and could you arrange transportation back to Chau Doc if necessary? Please also let us know whether any additional charges would apply.

4. Total price: Could you please provide your best total price for the complete door-to-door transfer for two people, including all transportation services, luggage and any applicable fees?

We would appreciate your confirmation of these details before making a booking.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards,
Phillip and Katharina
