Airport Pick Up Information

  • For international flights: Star Cafe (next to the barrier) in the International Arrival Gate (look for a representative holding a board writing your name)
  • For domestic flights: Arrival Hall, Gate A4 near Masco
  • Free waiting time: Driver will wait up to 1 hour after landing
  • For delays, call the operator using the number on your voucher
  • When you reach the arrival gate, please look for the driver before you exchange money or buy SIM cards

Drop off Information

  • The driver will drop you off at your hotel or in from of the lane if your hotel is located inside a small lane. 

Surcharges

  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick-up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of VND70,000 per hour
  • Any additional pick up and drop off points will incur an additional surcharge, which will be confirmed by the operator prior to the pick-up date

Terms & Conditions

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up date
  • No refunds will be issued for no shows
  • Indicate your correct flight number at checkout. In case of wrong flight and missing pick up details, no refunds will be issued
