  • The best part of the train from Da Nang to Hanou is part via Hai Van pass with mpressive and breathtaking view. Please take that note on your schedule.
  • Although the train routes are exciting, if you are looking for a luxury/European-standard quality train then should lower your expectations before considering the train operated by Vietnam Railways. The system & facility – somewhat – are old with the almost hundred-years-old train tracks and some parts are not well maintained.
  • For more privacy, you should book whole cabin tickets.
  • Passengers should book train ticket from Hue to Hanoi at least 2 days before the departure date to ensure ticket are available and should not try to book a ticket within 5 hours of the departure time as the system stops selling tickets around that time.   • More than 15 days before arrival: A refund is possible but with 10% of the total price charged as a handling fee
  • 15 days to 5 days before departure date: 50% of total price will be refunded;
  • Within 5 days before departure date: No refund;
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
