The train is made up of several cars. Vietnam Railways may add or remove cars from a train. During this process, the physical numbering of the seats remains unchanged, as they are permanently labeled. However, the orientation of the car may be reversed, which can change the direction it faces (e.g., forward/backward) or which side has the sea view. Unfortunately, these changes occur without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter, which is beyond our control.

Da Nang to Hue train

The Da Nang Hue Connecting Central Heritage train is a collaborative between the People's Committee of Da Nang and the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province aimed at enhancing regional connectivity and boosting tourism. The tourist train consists of 10 carriages, including 2 community carriages, visitors can enjoy cuisine and explore more about local cultural.

The train also stop at Lang Co beach at 10 minutes for sightseeing.

From March 2026, Vietnam Railways (VNR) introduced a new Premium Soft Seat carriage with just 32 seats — compared to 56 seats in a standard soft seat carriage — giving passengers significantly more personal space, a quieter atmosphere, and an elevated level of onboard service. Da Nang to Hue HD4 Train Highly recommend the train from Da Nang to Hue for a relaxing, scenic transit between the two cities. The train travels along the coast and through some picturesque mountain sights which was made all the easier by A21 Tours ticketing process. No issues with the booking or ticket issuance. We used this company to book our train ticket from Hue to Danang. Their service was excellent! They were very prompt in replying to my requests and to give me further instructions. I was notified as soon as payment went through and sent me the e ticket almost straight away. The instructions on how to catch the train was very clear. A reminder was sent to me the day before we travelled. We followed their instructions and they were perfect. They even followed up later that day to ensure all went smoothly. Da Nang to Hue HD4 Train A21 organised our train from Hue to Danang and it was quick and easy. They got us good seats with our 18 month old and we had a great time on the train - It was clean, spacious, air conditioned and they even had local musicians on the train which our baby loved! Would definitely recommend.

Heritage train ticket booking Booked a heritage train ticket via A21 tours from Da Nang to Hue. Received all instructions via email and WhatsApp with payment link. My ticket was sent via WhatsApp together with all instructions. On the evening before the ride, received another WhatsApp message with key instructions. Hai van pass train ride I had been looking online to book a train from Da Nang to Hue via the hai van pass. Issues with online booking systems left me frustrated and a quick Google search brought me to this company. The price was the cheaper than seen by any other listed for the service. Phuong messaged quickly and was able to sort out our train ride, we asked if we could sit the side of the train with the best view and Phuong made that happen! Kept in touch throughout the day to make sure everything was ok. Perfect customer service

Professional, efficient and excellent value We were looking online for the train information from DaNang to Hue and found A21 tours. From the start I was really impressed. Immediate responses to my what's appnquestions, patient and knowledgeable. They booked exactly what I asked for - window, forward facing and sent photos to show the train seating plan and seats. As we were there for just one day I asked about travel back to DaNang and they offered a really reasonable limo van ride and allowed me to specify seating as I'm not a good traveller at the back of a car. Again, excellent, efficient service so after this we used A21 for the rest of our trip. Every journey was excellent value and the communication was instant, correct and efficient. For each journey they sent driver and car details, were always on time and the drivers were safe and professional. I recommend this company most highly. Many thanks
