Great Transportation Option Easy booking and great communication with the company and drivers. One of the few companies that offered car service from Ha Long to Ninh Binh. Also used them from Ninh Binh to Hanoi, friendly drivers with clean cars for both drives

My family and I used A21 Tours for private transport from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, and then again Ninh Binh to the Hanoi airport. They were easy to use, the drivers were on time, and the vehicle's were air-conditioned and clean. We had to move our flight several hours earlier due to weather, and they were still able to accommodate us and get us to the airport on time. It's cheaper to book directly through them, then try to use a tour platform like Viator or Get your guide on (though I use those platforms for other things). I would definitely recommend A21 for private transportation.
