Detailed Itinerary

Day One: Hanoi - Tuan Chau marina - Halong bay – Lunch – Swimming at Lagoon nature area (in Lan Ha Bay) – Sunset party – Cooking demonstration – BBQ Dinner – Onboard night activities.

09:00 AM – 09:15 AM:
Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Start 2,5 hour road journey via 5B highway on ultra-luxurious limousine (for the guests use our transfer service)

11:45 AM – 12.00 AM:
Arriving Tuan Chau marina, transferred by speedboat to Stellar of the Seas. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction. Set sail as lunch is served

12:30 PM:
Join us for a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with indoor or outdoor dining area. Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind. Continue cruising through Con Vit islet, Thumb islet and Gia Luan habour where belonged to Cat Ba area. Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha bay. Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air). Heading back toward the sleeping area

17:00 PM:
Summit on the sundeck for watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party. It’s ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset or just relax in the seasonal swimming pool, or enjoy your time in our golf course.

18:00 PM:
Join us for a short class of cooking demonstration. Our chef will guide you how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Here you will understand the culinary culture of the Vietnamese 

19:00 PM:
- BBQ dinner is served with fresh food menu outside of swimming pool area. 
- After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar with seasonal pool view, at wine and cigars cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: games, movies, and squid fishing… or relaxing with massage services.

Overnight on board

Day Two: Tai Chi - Breakfast – Sang Toi (Dark & Bright) Cave – Typical Vietnamese cuisine – Farewell at your hotel in Hanoi 

06:30 AM:
Join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck for early riser. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body, joining Tai Chi session to full charge your energy for the new day.

07:00 – 07:45 AM:
 Local light breakfast is served

08:00 AM:
Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals. 

09:30 AM:
Check out the room

10:00 AM:
Vietnamese cuisine is served.

12:00 AM:
Disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our speedboat. Transfer to ultra-luxurious limousine returned to Hanoi.

15:00 PM:

2. Should we do the 2 days or 3 days? Can we get off from the ship and swim in the bay?

Choosing a 2-day/1-night or 3-day/2-night cruise depends on several factors:

  • 3 days/2 nights: Allows you more time to relax, fully enjoy the amenities on the cruise ship, participate in various entertainment activities, and explore more interesting destinations.

2. Budget:

  • 2 days/1 night: Usually more affordable, suitable for limited budgets.
  • 3 days/2 nights: More expensive, requiring careful consideration of your finances.

3. Itinerary:

  • 2-day/1-night itineraries are usually simple, focusing on visiting one or two destinations near the shore.
  • 3-day/2-night itineraries are usually more diverse, including many attractive destinations, combining sightseeing, relaxation, and entertainment on the cruise ship.

4. Personal preferences:

  • If you enjoy being active and exploring new places, choose 3 days/2 nights.
  • If you want to relax, rest, and enjoy the luxurious space on the cruise ship, 2 days/1 night is also a reasonable choice.

3. How is the quality of food? Do they accomodate preferences?

We will ask before the trip of your preferences.

4. Is this suitable for a family?

The cruise is a good size for family who loves to travel. The crew takes cares of the passengers very well. The activities included on the boat are suitable for family bonding. We hoped you try them.

5. Are you able to take food, snacks and drinks onto the cruise ? Do they check your bags for it?

There are no restrictions on what you could and couldnt bring along. But there is plenty of food onboard and we recommend that you don't need to bring snacks (unless talking about baby food). The alcoholic drinks on board cost extra, but you can certainly bring spirits, wine, or beer on board without any hassles. 

6. Does Cruise provide passenger transportation service from Hanoi or other locations ?

Yes. We provide passenger transportation services from Hanoi, Ninh Binh and some other locations in Northern Vietnam at prices lower than many other transportation service providers. Please mention your needs in the order so that we can respond promptly.

Booking Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 15 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
  • From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • From 9 to 3 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rates
  • Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

  • The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress.
