Surcharges

A surcharge of VND 100,000 (USD 5) will apply for every 30 minutes, paid in cash directly to the driver
Pick up and drop off outside Da Nang city, an additional surcharge may apply, and the operator will re-confirm with you

Cancellation

More than 48 days before arrival: USD 5 as handle fee;
24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 30% of the total price;
Within 24 hours before starting time: 100% of the total price.
