What to expect
1. Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes?

2. How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets?
The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity does not include the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
3. What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
Your booking includes: a private car with driver, fuel, parking fees, and driver expenses, so you won’t need to worry about unexpected costs. However, meals and drinks, entrance fees, sightseeing tickets, tour guide services, extract over-time and exceeding kilometer fee and any other unlisted items are at your own expense.
4. Is this activity available for multi-day travel services?
We don’t provide the multi-day service currently.
5. When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed?
We usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 20:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via the contact you provided (WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE). Important information: The driver will follow the provided schedule. For any changes or additional requests, please contact the operator for assistance.

What are the available durations?
A: Package options:
- Half-day charter: From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Full-day charter: From 6:30 to 17:30. Additional hours can be arranged with a small surcharge.
How much luggage can I bring?
A:The amount of luggage you can carry will depend on the number of passengers and the type of vehicle you choose:
- 4-seater vehicles can carry a maximum of 3 medium-size luggage
- 7-seater vehicles can carry a maximum of 5 medium-size luggage
- 16-seater vehicles can carry a maximum of 10 medium-size luggage
Do the drivers speak English?
A: No, Some drivers can speak some basic English and can convey necessary travel information. Some use translation apps to facilitate more detailed conversations. You can communicate with us via WhatsApp so that A21 Tour can report back to the appropriate account.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we offer child seats for children under 5 years old with our private car service, at an additional cost of $13 per seat per trip. Please inform us at the time of booking so everything is ready before your departure.
How to book a transfer service?
A: You can book directly through our website (A21Tour.com), or contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Instant confirmation is available for most bookings.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes. We allow pets to travel with you when using our private car service. Your pet must be equipped with a sturdy, bottom-filled cage or wear a muzzle and leash (for pets over 7kg). Please supervise your pet throughout the trip to avoid safety risks. After the trip, please follow the driver's instructions to help clean the vehicle. We may charge a fee if the unsanitary conditions cannot be immediately rectified (e.g., your pet urinates or defecates on the floor/seats of the car).
