FAQs
Does the driver speak English?
Drivers on private car service can manage basic conversational English for everyday needs during the journey. If you need more detailed support at any point, contact us via WhatsApp and our operator will reach your driver immediately.
Can children sleep in the same cabin with their parents?
Children under 5 years old sleep in the same cabin as their parents free of charge. If the child is over 5 years old, the carrier will charge you the price of a double berth/cabin.
Are there any rest stops along the way?
Typically, the driver will stop at least once during the entire journey. Depending on actual traffic conditions, the number of stops may vary but will not exceed three.
My hotel is outside Ninh Binh city. Will the shuttle service drop me off directly at my hotel?
The shuttle service provider currently does not offer drop-off services outside the Tam Coc area and Ninh Binh city center. You can hire a taxi or motorbike taxi to get to your hotel from the shuttle company's office.
If my flight is delayed or arrives early, can I request a change to the departure time?
We currently do not support changing the scheduled time for our bus cabin reservations.
