  • 45 days or more prior to departure: a fee of 35% of the total ticket value will be applied 
  • 30 - 44 days prior to departure: a fee of 70% of the total ticket value will be applied 
  • 29 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total ticket value will be charged.

Children policy

  • Children aged 5 and under, or under 112 cm in height, may share a bed with a parent free of charge (limited to one child per cabin).
  • Children over 5 years old or taller than 112 cm are required to purchase a full ticket.
