Sleeper Bus is worth the price but you need to bring wipes for stopovers. The cabins are spacious which is great. The bed was comfy with a massage option. The customer service is also good. The only thing that’s stopping me from giving this 5-star was the stopover. It was in the middle of nowhere and the toilets were disgusting.
Reliable and responsive We booked a last minute transfer from Halong Bay to Sapa with A21 and were rewarded with a super comfortable 7 seater car with a safe courteous driver. Reliable & Good transport provider :) A21 was very responsive to my queries & was able to communicate with me via WhatsApp promptly throughout my stay in Hanoi. We booked 4x Chapa Express train tickets (2 way) to Sapa & Private car (2 way) to Halong Bay. It was a breeze using A21 & strongly recommend using their services. Their prices are also comparable to other local rates.

Reliable company. Great personal contact via WhatsApp in proper English. The company did everything to help and support us. The ride was a bit bumpy. The driver drove really fast and sometimes even reckless. It was raining really bad that night, so we didn’t always feel safe. We arrived 2 hours early, which proves how fast the driver was going.
