Situated between Lan Ha Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, Halong Bay forms the center of The Halong UNESSCO world heritage site. Opposite to the more peaceful carm of its two sisters, Halong is often refered to as the " Colorful bustling beauty" due to the tourism industry quickly developing in the area. The bay, therefore, offers tourists with a wide variety of tourism facilaties including grand cruise ships, 5star hotels, high-end restaurants and so on. But that doesn't necessary mean Halong has lost its grateful charm. The beauty of Halong is preserved in thousands of uninhabited islands such as Titov and Bo Hon or grand caves such as Surprise cave or Luon cave. Also, contrast to the luxury of glamorous ships and hotels, small fishing villages full of life can still be found at bigger islands scattered around the bay. Go on a cruise ship and enjoy the panoramic beauty of the bay. You will never regret about it. Also, don't forget to take part in aquatic sports often offered by the cruise tour insluding kayak trips to islands and caves or volleyball matches on the beach. Life of the locals on floating houses in fishing villages is worth you a try, too.

Sleeper Bus is worth the price but you need to bring wipes for stopovers. The cabins are spacious which is great. The bed was comfy with a massage option. The customer service is also good.
