30 minutes before the departure time, our staff allocate seat locations and arrange luggage.
The bus leaves Sapa as scheduled and has 02 breaks on the way to Hanoi.
After around 5.5 house of transfer, drop off at the Hanoi airport (extra USD 2 / person).
Arrive in Hanoi (after 6 hours of transfer) and stop at 160 Tran Quang Khai street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi Old Quarter

For the night bus, you can stay on the bus until 05:30 - 06:00 AM

Pick-up in Sapa: Green Sapa bus office – no. 645 Dien Bien Phu, Sapa, Lao Cai
Drop-off point in Hanoi: No. 160 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hanoi
Please be present at the bus office at least 25 minutes before departure time

Please come to the meet-up location bellow at least 30 minutes before departure time
Once you get confirmation from A21 Tours (Via email / Whatsapp / Line / Wechat), your tickets have been reserved.
At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell your name to get on the bus.
No Toilet on the bus, also there will be 2 breaks on the way
Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
Seat arrangement will be made by bus operators

Cancellation Policies

More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 2 / person as handle fee;
24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of total tour price;
Within 24 hours before starting time: 100% of total tour price.

Green Bus is comfy - clear & good arrangement My friend and I took green bus from Sapa to Hanoi, the bus was comfy. There’s a girl as the bus assistant, who speak very good english and would repeat the pre-recorded broadcasts so to make sure everyone aware of the notices. We booked the other bus company from Hanoi to Sapa, it was also comfy but the arrangement is not better. Also they don’t have clear instruction about when is the next stop. No notice at all, the bus assistant was just sleeping. And only one toilet time which is not quite enough for a 6 hours trip. One thing i think green bus can improve is to pay more attention to the guests during the trip. As some of them were eating oranges in the bus which the bus is not allow eating. and some of them watching drama without an earphone, that was ignoring. I asked that person to volume down by myself. If the bus assistant can help for such then it would be even better.
