From Sapa: Sapa 01 day trekking tour

Itinerary

Option 1: Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van – Sapa

08:45 AM - 09:15 AM: Our tour guide would pick you up on foot at your hotel in Sapa Town. Start the trekking by following the main road to the south. After 4km, turn down to the Muong Hoa valley, enjoy the wonderful rice terraces fields before arrived at Y Linh Ho hamlet. From Y Linh Ho village, go along the stream of Muong Hoa to go to Lao Chai village, home of the H'Mong Minorities. Visit their house, listen to your guide’s explanation about the local culture. 

Have lunch at a local house in Lao Chai Village. After lunch, continue your trek to visit the Dzay minority in Ta Van Village. Explore the daily routine of the dwellers.  Finally, go to the Ta Van Bridge, where our car will take you back to your hotel in Sapa Town.

The Car would drop you off at your hotel, tour ends.

Option 2: Sapa - Ma Tra - Ta Phin – Sapa

09:00 AM: The tour guide would pick you up at your hotel in Sapa Town. Start the trekking tour by following the main road to the north. After 4km, you would arrive at the Ma Tra Village, which lies in a large oval-shaped valley. You can enjoy the panorama view of the whole valley, go trekking for about 12 Km down to the valley.

Start trekking to Ta Phin Village, where the Red Zao and Black H’mong share the land. The H’mong occupies the higher land on which they built narrow terraced rice paddies while the Red Zao cultivate larger and flat fields around the center of the valley.

Enjoy lunch at a local house in Ta Phin Village. After lunch, a limousine van would drive you back to Sapa Town, drop you off at the hotel
