  • If the reserved car is not available, the operator may replace it with a car of the same standard

Surcharges

  • A surcharge of VND 70,000 (USD 3) will apply for every 30 minutes, paid in cash directly to the driver
  • A surcharge of VND300,000 (USD 13)/way will apply for pick-up and drop-off at the Hanoi airport paid in cash directly to the driver

Confirmation

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 5 working hours. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email / Whatsapp
  • Within 1 day before the departure, we will send you detail about the car’s license plate number and driver’s phone number

Cancellation

  • More than 48 days before arrival: USD 5 as handle fee;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 30% of the total price;
  • Within 24 hours before starting time: 100% of the total price.
