Bus itinerary:

Free pick-up at your hotel in the Old Quarter (a small van will go around to pick you up and then take you to the big bus location). If you're not staying in the Old Quarter then please show up at the bus stop at 160 Tran Quang Khai Street.
Have 01 stop at Legend Pearl Halong for around 15 to 20 minutes for rest, drop the passengers at the cruise lounge in Tuan Chau Marina, and the next stop is at Muong Thanh Luxury Halong Hotel (in front of Sun World Halong Complex). Hotel drop-off in Halong is unavailable

Pick up in Hanoi old quarter: Any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or the default location is 160 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi Old Quarter

Drop off in Halong:

Your cruise lounge in Tuan Chau Marina (if you're taking a cruise trip)
Bus stop: In front of Muong Thanh Luxury Quang Ninh Hotel, Sun World Halong Complex
Hotel drop-off in Halong is mostly unavailable. Just in case your hotel is on the way of the bus to the bus stop, they can manage to drop you off there.

Note About the pick-up and drop-off in the Hotel around the Old quarter: If your hotel is on a small street/lane that the bus is unable to reach or the street is banned for the bus (especially on the weekend), our guide will come to pick you up then we will need to walk to the bus. For drop-off, the bus will also drop you off at the nearest point to your hotel.

Pick-up Time: Actual pick-up time will be within 30 minutes before or after the mentioned time - depending on the pick-up address of yours and other passengers. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 30 minutes before departure time

24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of total price will be refunded;
Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund;
Passenger not showing up: No refund.
