FAQs
Why doesn't your website have double cabin pricing for the same type of cabin bus?
When booking a cabin bus from Sapa to Hanoi airport and city center, you may have seen options for "single" and "double" cabins. It's important to clarify that this distinction is based solely on occupancy, not cabin size, as both are identically sized, measuring approximately 90cm x 180cm.
- Single Berth/Cabin: This is a private cabin for one person, who pays one full fare.
- Double Berth/Cabin: This refers to the same standard-sized cabin shared by two people (e.g., a couple). Each person pays a slightly reduced fare. These cabins are compact, typically measuring around 90cm x 180cm, and are designed to fit two adults snugly.

Our Agency Policy: Single Cabins Only
We exclusively sell single-cabin bus tickets. While double cabins are an option on some services, we have found their compact size can be quite tight, particularly for taller or larger passengers. On a long journey like Sapa - Hanoi route or Ha Giang - Hanoi route, this can lead to discomfort and potential issues. To ensure your transfer is as comfortable and trouble-free as possible, we guarantee you the full space and privacy of a single cabin.
Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for your journey through Vietnam, and a single cabin booking ensures you have maximum space for a restful trip.
If I want to book a double cabin with you, how can I do that?
If, after considering our explanation about the limited space and potential discomfort in double cabins, you still wish to book one—for example, for a parent sharing with a child or two friends traveling together—we can accommodate your request upon direct inquiry.
The price for a double cabin berth is 28 USD per berth, meaning each passenger pays 14 USD when sharing. Please note that double cabins are available only on the lower deck.
To proceed, please contact us directly through this link: Transfer Request, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Can we get cabins close together or side by side?
Yes, we prioritize arranging cabins for group bookings to be side by side or in close proximity to each other. However, this is subject to the bus's availability at the time of your reservation.
If my flight is delayed or arrives early, can I change to a later or earlier bus?
Yes, we can assist with changing your bus time to a later or earlier departure, subject to seat availability. To help us accommodate your request smoothly, please notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled departure time.
Can children sleep in the same cabin with their parents?
Children under 5 years old sleep in the same cabin as their parents free of charge. If the child is over 5 years old, the carrier will charge you the price of a double berth/cabin.
