Detail Itinerary

06:45 – 07:15: Start your journey as our car picks you up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (if you book the transportation with us)

09:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour, check-in, and board the cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink before beginning your adventure in Halong Bay.

10:00: Set sail from Tuan Chau Harbour and embark on a scenic journey through the majestic Halong Bay. Pass iconic limestone formations such as Fighting Cock Islet and Incense Burner Islet.

11:00: Relish a sumptuous buffet lunch featuring a variety of seafood and traditional Vietnamese dishes.

12:00: Arrive at Luon Cave, where you can paddle through tranquil waters on a 30-minute kayaking excursion.

13:15: Explore the stunning Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave), Halong Bay’s largest and most impressive cavern, during a 45-minute guided tour.

14:30: Stop at Titov Island and climb halfway up the mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay. Marvel at the breathtaking scenery from above.

16:00: Return to the cruise for our relaxing Sunset Party. Unwind on the sundeck or in the Jacuzzi while enjoying Vietnamese tea, cakes, fresh fruits, and snacks. As we sail back, admire the beauty of Hoa Cuong, one of the bay's most picturesque areas.

17:15 – 17:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbour.

20:15 – 20:45: Arrive back in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, marking the end of a memorable day.

Less than 72 hours before check-in: 100% of total rates

No show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:

During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

Maia cruise Tony is a good guide, he knows how to take care of everyone and remembers everyone’s face. Constantly having small talks in between to keep us entertained. He gives his best in explaining the history and also talks about the interesting love story between the hen and rooster. The buffet has variety of food which is amazing but vegetarian options only had 4 dishes (dry noodles, tofu, spring rolls, mushrooms). Would be great if the cruise includes complementary mineral water for bus and cruise ride. Bus is 3 hours ride very big comfortable chairs but it does not recline. Overall the experience is okay for first time goers.

Maia Cruise gives you the best at Ha Long bay Great tour from the very first moment we stepped on board to the return to harbour after brilliant tour along Ha Long bay and amazing sunset. The crew is very friendly and supportive. Top deck with small open pool was our location during entire cruise. Selection of food was above the expectations. Very tasty, by the way. The views just superb! The boat looked pretty new. Clean and with all you need during the cruise. Highly recommended!
