Pick-up and drop off service

• The tour guide and bus will come to pick up around Hanoi's old quarter. The pick-up time will be flexible within 15 minutes;

Customers should provide their hotel name and address in the Hanoi old quarter for pick-up arrangements

For passengers stay outside Hanoi old quarter, a meeting point with pick up time will be sent to you along with confirmation. (normally meeting point will be before Hanoi opeara house)

Know before you go

• Please advise if you are vegetarian or allergic to any foods
• Be sure to bring a hat, raincoat, swimsuit, insect repellent, water, flashlight, good shoes, and some cash
• All participants are required to obey the orders of the tour guide for safety
• You are advised not to bring large pieces of luggage (for your convenience)
