Already used A21 tours from Hanoi to Sapa and they were great so we asked them for a 5:00am pick to take us to the airport. At 10:00pm last night I received an email with the driver’s registration plate and a number to call if any issues. Well our street was flooded from the rains, shin deep but the driver found a stylish spot for us. In the car at 5:00am and 5 mins later received a WhatsApp message to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend these guys- always turn up on time and keep you informed along the way.
Perfection!! We stumbled over A21 only a few weeks before or trip to Vietnam. From the first minute, the contact was fast, professional and accurate. Excellent service and value for money. I found A21 tours on Trip adviser and gave them a try and was amazed at how simple they make it , I booked all my airport transfers from them and paid via a WhatsApp link and also booked some sightseeing tours which I also paid for by WhatsApp link The communication that they give you throughout your stay in Vietnam and Hanoi is very clear and good and all the cars & drivers we had spoke clear English and there driving was exemplary I can not fault there service at all and there prices are very competitive, when I return to Hanoi I will 100% be using there services
