Sleeper Bus is worth the price but you need to bring wipes for stopovers. The cabins are spacious which is great. The bed was comfy with a massage option. The customer service is also good. The only thing that’s stopping me from giving this 5-star was the stopover. It was in the middle of nowhere and the toilets were disgusting.
Used them to book a bus from Ha Long to Sapa, they were great. Answered quickly on WhatsApp, provided a Paypal payment link. Very communicative, good English. Will use again while I'm in Vietnam.
Reliable company. Great personal contact via WhatsApp in proper English. The company did everything to help and support us. The ride was a bit bumpy. The driver drove really fast and sometimes even reckless. It was raining really bad that night, so we didn’t always feel safe. We arrived 2 hours early, which proves how fast the driver was going.
