我和家人使用了A21 Tours的私人交通服務，從河內前往寧平，之後又從寧平到河內機場。 他們使用起來很方便，司機準時抵達，車輛有空調且乾淨整潔。 由於天氣因素，我們必須將航班提前好幾個小時，他們依然能夠配合調整，並準時送我們到機場。 直接向他們預訂比透過Viator或Get Your Guide這類旅遊平台更便宜（雖然我其他行程還是會用這些平台）。 我絕對會推薦A21的私人交通服務。
My family and I used A21 Tours for private transport from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, and then again Ninh Binh to the Hanoi airport. They were easy to use, the drivers were on time, and the vehicle's were air-conditioned and clean. We had to move our flight several hours earlier due to weather, and they were still able to accommodate us and get us to the airport on time. It's cheaper to book directly through them, then try to use a tour platform like Viator or Get your guide on (though I use those platforms for other things). I would definitely recommend A21 for private transportation.
Car and driver from Hanoi and Ninh Binh. I went to 4 places and then back to the airport. I used A21 a few times already when I was in Hanoi. They were very flexible and responded quickly via WhatsApp. Very handy. It is like Magic. Very dependable service.
