Pick Up & Drop off

  • Pick-Up Time: your chosen time (recommended pick-up time: 8:00 am / 2:00 pm for half-day option; do not book the departure time later than 10 am for the full day tour)
  • Pick-Up and Drop-off Point: your hotel within Halong city center, extra fee will be applied for the pickup location at Tuan Chau island
  • Driver Language: Basic conversational English speaking driver / Vietnamese (English support via Phone / Whatsapp / Line);

  • Child seats are not available
  • Please pay the overtime surcharge in cash directly to the driver
  • For travels beyond the Hanoi City limits, an additional surcharge may apply, and the operator will re-confirm with you
  • If the reserved car is not available, the operator may replace it with a car of the same standard

Surcharges

  • A surcharge of VND 100,000 (USD 5) will apply for every 30 minutes, paid in cash directly to the driver
  • A surcharge of VND 200.000 (USD 9) for pick-up and drop-off at the Tuan Chau island, paid in cash directly to the driver

Cancellation

  • More than 48 days before arrival: USD 5 as handle fee;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 30% of the total price;
  • Within 24 hours before starting time: 100% of the total price.
