About Hanoi Sapa limousine van
Limousine Luxury Sapa operates in the Hanoi – Sapa route with two trips per day. The car will pick you up at the Hanoi Old Quarter, the Opera House, or at the Hoan Kiem area departure to Sapa in the direction of the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway. From Sapa, the car will pick up guests at the center of Sapa town, so it is very convenient for guests with children, the elderly, or carrying luggage.
Bus Itinerary
- 06:30 (or 14:30): Van starts to pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and depart for Sapa at around 7:30 AM
- 09:00 (17:00): Have a rest-stop at Km57 for 30 minutes, here you can go to the toilet also, then at 11:30 (19:30) second stop within 15 minutes at Km237
- 13:00 (21:00): Arrival in Sapa town and the limousine will drop passengers at their accommodation around Sapa town or in front of Sapa Notre Dame Cathedral for one stay outside the town

Pick-up in Hanoi
- Hanoi city: The limousine van will pick up at any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or default meeting point as no. 01 Cho Gao Street, Hanoi (before Teckcombank building - for passengers outside Hanoi Old Quarter)
- Hanoi Airport terminals 01 and 02 (Extra USD 2 / passenger), please choose the airport pick-up service and inform us of the Flight number at the checkout pages.
Drop-off in Sapa
The van will drop passengers of at any Hotel around Sapa town or in front of Sapa Notre Dame Cathedral. For the accommodation ouside the Sapa town, the van will drop off at default as Sapa Notre Dame Cathedral (it is convenient for traveller catch a taxi from there to their stay in the village).

About VIP-seat of limousine van Hanoi to Sapa
A traditional limousine car would contain 9 seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back (in the new models from 2024, the 2 front seats are removed, leaving 6 to 8 seats in the middle; and from 2 to 3 seats at the back). The seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are the single seats, and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, it’s also a good choice for those who would easily get car sickness. FAQs before booking the Hanoi to Sapa limousine van
If we want to pick up at the airport to Sapa, what time should we need to be ready?
You need to be ready outside the arrival hall at least from 7:20 AM for the morning pick-up and 3:20 PM for the afternoon pick-up, as our Hanoi to Sapa van starts from Hanoi city so the pick-up time might be getting late a bit due to traffic.
We are a group of travelers and want to book the whole van to Sapa, do A21 Tours have any suggestions?

If you are traveling to Vietnam. And feel like going on own (without tour package from origin country), Look nowhere else for Vietnam transportation n hotel, this is the Best! Transfer Between Hanoi and Sapa.
Great communication and excellent service. I stayed in a hotel outside of the old quarter and required a transfer to sapa. I asked many companies all who said I had to make my way to the main office for pick. A21 were the only company to help me with what I wanted. THANK YOU. Comfortable transfer
We booked a return transfer from Hanoi Old Quarter to Sapa in November for the two of us. We paid slightly more for the VIP seats of Hanoi Sapa limousine, which can be lowered for more comfortable ride. The pick up was timely and the ride was comfortable. The vehicle comes with USB charging Point, free wifi, a bottle of water and bread. At one of the rest stop, we were also given a voucher to redeem for either coffee, tea or Hanoi beer. Booking of the transfer is also easy via email and WhatsApp. They will also send reminder before the trip via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend visitors to use A21Tours
