In the middle of 2024, the operators are offering some new models of the limousine van (10-seater, 11-seater), and the seat layout and specifications are different from those of the traditional 9-seater limousine. However, the experience is the same: VIP seats (the single seat, can be reclined), power chargers, water, and air-conditioned.

Bus Itinerary

  • 07:30(or 14:30): Free pick up at your hotel around Sapa town and depart for Hanoi via Expressway (2 breaks on the way)
  • 13:00 (21:00): Arrival Hanoi and the limousine will drop off passengers at their accommodation around Hanoi Old Quarter

About VIP-seat:

A traditional limousine car would contain 9 seats: 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back (in the new models from 2024, the 2 front seats are removed, leaving 6 to 8 seats in the middle; and from 2 to 3 seats at the back). The seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are the single seats, and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, it’s also a good choice for those who would easily get car sickness. Below are the image and the layout of the VIP seat for your reference:

Additional Information:

  • Children aged 0-4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
  • The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
  • Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the ride

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 2 / person as handle fee;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of total tour price;
  • Within 24 hours before starting time: 100% of total tour price.
