Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before departure time: 100% refund but USD 5 par car will be charged as handling fee;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 30% of the total tour price will be refunded;
  • Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund;
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund.

Comfortable, clean and well organised I booked three Transfers with A21 (Halong bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi) and all were very good. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time. The organisation and information given before the transfer was also very good. Before each tour I was given the drivers name, phone number and number plate.
