Transport description

Our van will pick you up from your hotel in Sapa town starting at 7:00 AM and depart for Hanoi at 07:30 AM. It will arrive at our Hanoi office around 1:30 PM, where you will have about an hour break. You will then board a limousine van to Ninh Binh between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM. After the 2-hour transfer, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Ninh Binh.

Pick up & Drop off

Pick up: Your hotel inside of Sapa Town, or the default pick-up point at the limousine office (if your hotel is outside of Sapa Town).

Passengers need to be ready at the hotel reception area from 07:00 AM for picking up.

Drop off: Your accommodation in the area of Trang An, Tam Coc, Ninh Binh City. We might use a transit car for drop off at around Ninh Binh.

Luggage Allowance

  • Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
  • The standard luggage size is 70x50x30cm

About VIP-seat

A typical limousine car would contain 9 to 11 seats: 2 at the front, 4 to 6 in the middle, and 3 at the back. The 4 - 6seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, it’s a good choice for those who are prone to car sickness. 

Additional Information

  • Children aged 0-4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
  • The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
  • Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration given to maintaining cleanliness during the ride

Cancellation policy

  • 48 hours before departure time: USD 03 per passengers as handle fee
  • Within 48 hours to 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No show: 100% of total tour price

Hi,

Thank you for your question regarding the limousine van transfer service from Sapa to Ninh Binh. You can decide the seat type you want (front seat next to the driver, VIP middle seats or back seats). However, the specific seat position (seat number) is decided by the driver.

Hi,

Thank you for your question regarding the limousine bus service from Sapa to Ninh Binh. Since there is no direct limousine van from Sapa to Ninh Binh so we have to connect 02 operators on that route: Sapa to Hanoi & Hanoi to Ninh Binh. 

The departure time from Sapa at 07:30 AM is fixed, since the limousine van from Sapa has to arrive Hanoi on time, then we can connect to the next limousine van from Hanoi to Ninh Binh.
