Pick Up & Drop off

Pick-Up at the airport:

Pick-up at your chosen time, normally about 30 minutes after you have arrived at the airport.
Our driver will hold a board writing your name and wait for you in the lobby of the airport.

Drop-off Point:

Free pick-up at your hotel within Halong city center,
An extra fee will be applied for another drop off location at Tuan Chau island

Pick-Up for seeing off:

At your chosen time, normally about 2 hours before your flight takes off.

Driver Language:

The driver can handle basic conversation in English / Vietnamese (English support via Phone / Whatsapp / Line);

Within 48 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
