Departure time from Halong: around 12:00 (local time)
The limousine van would take you from your hotel in Halong to our office in Hanoi City center, have a short break before continuing to join in the limousine van to Sapa at around 15:00 - 15:30 (local time).
Arrival time in Sapa Town is at around 21:00 (local time)

Pick up & Drop off

Pick up: Anywhere you choose around Halong city: Hotel around Halong city (Bai Chay and Hon Gai area), Tuan Chau island, and Tuan Chau harbor / Hon Gai port for the cruising. If you have no preference, the default location is the lobby of the Novotel Halong
Drop off: Your hotel inside of Sapa Town, or the default drop off point at Sapa Notre Dame Cathedral (if your hotel is outside of Sapa Town)
Note: Actual pick up time can be changed a bit as it depends on the traffic conditions & passenger's location.

Used them to book a bus from Ha Long to Sapa, they were great. Answered quickly on WhatsApp, provided a Paypal payment link. Very communicative, good English. Will use again while I'm in Vietnam.
