  • Arrival in Hanoi: About 13:00 (or 20:00)
  • Pickup point: Your hotel in Catba center
  • Drop-off point: Bus office in Hanoi (No. 70 Nguyen Huu Huan street, Hanoi)

Hanoi to Sapa (by VIP Cabin bus)

  • Departure time: 14:00 (or 22:00)
  • Arrival time in Sapa: 20:00 (or 4:00 AM the day after)
  • Pickup point: Bus office in Hanoi (No. 70 Nguyen Huu Huan street, Hanoi)
  • Drop-off point: Bus office in Sapa town

Pick up and drop off

  • Pick-up: at Hotel around Cat Ba town or Bus office in Cat Ba town

We took the bus from Sapa to Catba. The organization and customer service was very good and the communication in very good English by WhatApp also helped a lot. I forgot my jacket on the bus and the company brought it to back to Catba. They really did a great job and were always replying to our communication.
