AMAZING SERVICE. Wow!! I was truly blown away by the amazing service A21 provided. This is a better connection service than I have experienced anywhere in the U.S. and Europe, and I have traveled quite a few places. The company is so incredibly organized. I got off my plane in Hanoi and didn’t know how to get to Ha Long Bay, I found their information online and they showed up within 20mins!! The entire time everything was so organized and effortless. The van was super comfortable and quick, we had free WiFi in the van the entire way to Ha Long, chargers, water and blankets. We took the 2-hour quick way which I appreciated so much more than the 4hour trek many people I encountered in Ha Long had took. I would recommend everyone taking the trip to Ha Long Bay from Hanoi use A21!!

Great service, awesome ride! My boyfriend and I booked yesterday and took the ride this morning. The communication was fantastic, quick responding and very friendly via whatsapp. The car was extremely comfortable, neat and clean. The driver was on time and took one break at a convenient spot on our trip from Hanoi to Ha Long. I even forgot my phone in the van, and they managed to bring it back to me right away - again I am grateful for their quick response, when we texted them about it. It was also very cheap, considering the comfort and the bottle of water each passenger got. We had a great ride here and I can only recommend to book your ride with A21. We'll be back soon :)

An Absolute Must In Vietnam. Easy. Affordable. Super Helpful. A21 has been amazing. I found them by chance online looking last minute for transportation. They made the second half of my time in Vietnam when I was crunched for time and still wanting to pack in more a breeze. I booked a car from Hanoi to Halong last second which was twice as fast as the bus and picked me up at the Hanoi airport right on time and took me straight to my hotel in Halong. In Halong they were able to get me on a boat tour that was amazing and back to Hanoi, which I had the best time on. From Hanoi I was able to grab one of their luxury buses to Ninh Binh. They pick you up and drop you off right at your hotel. Everyone you interact with is knowledgeable and speakers multi languages well. Witty and just all around great. You’re able to communicate directly with ease through WhatsApp, and pay via PayPal. When you totaled up costs of regular buses, the cabs you have to use to get to and from the stations, the wait time which can be hours because of schedules. The longer drive times. Then toss in food, and entrance fees you wind up paying more, especially if you toss in a tour guide. With a lot more footwork work. Even if A21 is 6-8 bucks more it’s absolutely worth it. This company is awesome. I would highly recommend reaching out to them. Super accommodating when plans change or are last minute too.

Great Transport wirh best Karma! We took the Minibus from Hanoi to Halong and it was just perfect! The bus was brandnew, clean and we felt lile real VIP. The bus welas in time and the driver was absolutely nice! Best thing: I forgot my 150USD glasses in the van and the driver brought it to our hotel in halong the next day!
