We booked from Halong to Hanoi airport, Driver was waiting for us at the time booked. Took us to the airport in Hanoi and arrived at the time we asked for. I communicated through Whatsapp and everything was confirmed the evening before with car and driver details.

The communication between A21 and me was outstanding. Before, during and after pickup and drop off. Everything was clear and the response time was unbelievably quick. I should mention the price is always slightly lower than the service provided by the cruise ships. I have used A21 twice and it’s a 10/10 for me.

A21 took us from Halong Bay to Hanoi for a day trip. Communication prior to the booking was excellent.We changed our drop off points with no problems.Drivers were courteous and bang on time each way.Luxury vip seats were worth the extra couple of dollars. Would not hesitate to recommend.
