Halong Bay to Sapa transfer review
The ride was a bit bumpy. The driver drove really fast and sometimes even reckless. It was raining really bad that night, so we didn’t always feel safe. We arrived 2 hours early, which proves how fast the driver was going.
We booked a last minute transfer from Halong Bay to Sapa with A21 and were rewarded with a super comfortable 7 seater car with a safe courteous driver. The booking office responded immediately and set up the transfer within minutes. We can confidently recommend A21 for any transfer need in Vietnam

The cabins are spacious which is great. The bed was comfy with a massage option. The customer service is also good.
The only thing that’s stopping me from giving this 5-star was the stopover. It was in the middle of nowhere and the toilets were disgusting.
