You need to convert your e-ticket into a paper-based ticket at the train station before getting on the train. Therefore, please get to the station 1-hour before departure time.

The voucher is valid only on the tour date and time specified

Children under 5 yo and 110cm can share bed with parents without charge. If they sleep in a separate bed with their parents, they must pay as usual.

Lao Cai train station is about 40 km far from Sapa center, if you want to book a transfer from Sapa to Lao Cai train station, please reserve Lao Cai - Sapa car transfer service

Cancellation policies

More than 20 days before arrival: A refund is possible but with 10% of the total price charged as a handling fee

20 days to 16 days before departure date: 80% of total price will be refunded;

15 days to 06 days before departure date: 30% of total price will be refunded;

Within 5 days before departure date: No refund;

Passenger not showing up: No refund
