Hai van pass train ride
I had been looking online to book a train from Da Nang to Hue via the hai van pass. Issues with online booking systems left me frustrated and a quick Google search brought me to this company. The price was the cheaper than seen by any other listed for the service. Phuong messaged quickly and was able to sort out our train ride, we asked if we could sit the side of the train with the best view and Phuong made that happen! We were looking online for the train information from DaNang to Hue and found A21 tours. From the start I was really impressed. Immediate responses to my what's appnquestions, patient and knowledgeable. They booked exactly what I asked for - window, forward facing and sent photos to show the train seating plan and seats. As we were there for just one day I asked about travel back to DaNang and they offered a really reasonable limo van ride and allowed me to specify seating as I'm not a good traveller at the back of a car. Again, excellent, efficient service so after this we used A21 for the rest of our trip. Every journey was excellent value and the communication was instant, correct and efficient. For each journey they sent driver and car details, were always on time and the drivers were safe and professional. I recommend this company most highly. Many thanks

I did not use the bathroom along the way, but my boyfriend said it was a little dirty and one of those squatting type of toilets. Once getting out of the train, cab drivers were waiting to take us to our hotel in Hue.
