Transfer via Expressway to Ninh Binh city and after around 4 hours will reach Ninh Binh city.

A limousine van or small transit car will prop off passengers at the hotel around the Ninh Binh tourist area

Comfortable, clean and well organised
I booked three Transfers with A21 (Halong bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi) and all were very good. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time.
The organisation and information given before the transfer was also very good. Before each tour I was given the drivers name, phone number and number plate.
