How to book, pay and get confirm

Book service

To reserve this transfer service, please select the vehicle that fits your group size and luggage requirements and pick your travel date, then click either the ADD TO CART or BOOK NOW button. Choosing ADD TO CART adds this transfer to your cart if you plan to book other services before checkout, while clicking BOOK NOW redirects you directly to the checkout page.

At the checkout page, please provide your name, email, WhatsApp ID (for easier communication), requested pick-up time, and exact pick-up or drop-off address, for pick up at the Hanoi Airport, you should also advise the flight number. Once all details are entered, click to submit your booking.

Payment & Confirm

• After receiving your request, for advance bookings, you will be contacted by email; for urgent bookings (within 12 hours), we will reach out via WhatsApp. We will then send you a payment link for credit card payment. Once your payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to finalize your booking.
• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 5 working hours. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email, WhatsApp, live chat, WeChat or kakao talk

Reconfirm

Approximately 2–5 hours before your scheduled pick-up, you will receive a reminder email containing updated driver and vehicle information, ensuring you have all the details needed for a smooth transfer to or from the airport.
