Sapa Express bus Itinerary

For a 28-seat limousine, morning departure

• 06:30 – 07:00 Free pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and transfer to the Sapa Express Bus for the departure to Sapa at 7:00
• 09:00: Have a rest-stop at Km57 for 30 minutes, where you can go to the toilet. Then, at midnight (3:30 AM), there will be a second stop for 15 minutes at Km237
• 13:00: Arrive in Sapa town – stop at our office, No. 01 Vuon Treo street, Sapa town.

For a 15-seat limousine, afternoon departure

• Passengers need to be ready at the bus office before 2:50 PM at least; seat positions will be arranged by Sapa Express staff, following the first-come-first-served rule.
• 15:00: The bus departs for Sapa.
• 15:45: Pick-up at Noi Bai airport (only available upon request at least 48 hours before - fee 5$ per group, see meeting point here). 
• 16:30:  Have a rest-stop at Km98 for 30 minutes, here if you need extra refreshment, and that allows you to go to toilet also.
• 19:30: For safety before going up the mountain pass to Sapa, stop within 20 minutes at Km237 for the second rest stop.
• 21:00: Arrival in Sapa town - stop at 01 Vuon Treo Sapa.

For a VIP cabin sleep bus, night departure:

• 21:30: Sapa Express's Guide will pick up around Ha Noi Old Quarter by Mini Bus and transfer to Sapa Express Bus at 204 Tran Quang Khai street, Ha Noi 
• 22:00: The bus departs for Sapa
• 23:00: Pick-up at Noi Bai airport  (only available upon request at least 48 hours before - fee 5$ per group, see meeting point here)
• 00:30 AM: Have a rest-stop at Km98 for 30 minutes, here you can also go to the toilet
• 03:00 AM: Stop at Km237 Station for 15 minutes, you can take a rest here
• 04:00 AM: Arrival in Sapa town - stop at 01 Ng. Vuon Treo, Sapa.
