A nice experience, especially the food and entertainment car.
We were pleasantly surprised to see 90% locals enjoying the trip.
Only con was it was longer than planned.
Great instructions given by the company. I am tracing from Hue to Da Nang on HD1 train. It has a great coastal view along the journey, a great tourist train ride. It is an amazing journey with amazing and very unique views specially from Lang Co to Da Nang. Try to stay in the window seat in the sea view side. The train was on time.
They were very prompt in replying to my requests and to give me further instructions. I was notified as soon as payment went through and sent me the e ticket almost straight away. The instructions on how to catch the train was very clear. A reminder was sent to me the day before we travelled. We followed their instructions and they were perfect.
They even followed up later that day to ensure all went smoothly.

I had been looking online to book a train from Da Nang to Hue via the hai van pass. Issues with online booking systems left me frustrated and a quick Google search brought me to this company. The price was the cheaper than seen by any other listed for the service. It's great. It's very easy to use. Book the train to Da Nang in advance. Show your train ticket and you can enter the station very quickly. The train is not delayed as stated on the website and leaves on time.
