Prompt and excellent customer svs. I booked my trip w A21 and had to cancel it due to some medical conditions. Great Transport wirh best Karma! We took the Minibus from Hanoi to Halong and it was just perfect! The bus was brandnew, clean and we felt lile real VIP. The bus welas in time and the driver was absolutely nice! Best thing: I forgot my 150USD glasses in the van and the driver brought it to our hotel in halong the next day! That’s really good karma and I would definitely use this service agein! Thanks to Duy Tung, the driver and the rest of the team!
