I booked three Transfers with A21 (Halong bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi) and all were very good. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time.

Ordered a Limo Van trip back from Sapa to Hanoi for our family of 4. Im so glad we did this, as the train is great but not for both ways and we wanted to get back early in to Hanoi.
