Hanoi Halong bay Limousine bus

Bus Itinerary
- Free pick up at your hotel around Hanoi city center (pick up time normally around 30 - 45 minutes) then depart to Halong via New Expressway. We might use an SUV car to pick up passengers around Hanoi city then change to the limousine van and head to Halong.
- After around 1 hour of transfer, the van stops at the rest stop for around 10 minutes.
- Arrive at Halong after around 2.5 of transfer, we drop off the passengers at their hotel around Tuan Chau first, then Halong city.
Note: Pick-up in Hanoi might use a small transit SUV car
Pick up and drop off
Hanoi: Any address in Hanoi city center (Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Ba Dinh, Hai Ba Trung district)
Halong: Anywhere you choose around Halong city: Hotel around Halong city (Bai Chay and Hon Gai area), Tuan Chau island, and Tuan Chau harbor / Hon Gai port for the cruising. If you have no preference, the default location is the lobby of the Novotel Halong
Airport Drop Off service is possible with an extra payment of $20 per booking for up to 5 passengers per booking. Please notice that the airport pick up will be about 2 hours before the time of the Halong transfer
Pick up and drop off Time: As a shared van service, the Actual pick up time may be +\- 30 minutes before or after the mentioned time - depending on pick up address of yours and other passengers. Your pick up time will be confirmed at least 6 hours before the departure time via Email or WhatsApp

- You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 1 business day

Luggage Allowance:
- Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
- The standard luggage size is 70x50x30cm
About VIP-seat:
A typical limousine car would contain 9 seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back. The 4 seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, it’s also a good choice for those who would easily get car sickness. Below are the image and the layout of the VIP seat for your reference:

- Children with age 0-4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
- The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
- Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the ride

The communication between A21 and me was outstanding. Before, during and after pickup and drop off. Everything was clear and the response time was unbelievably quick. I should mention the price is always slightly lower than the service provided by the cruise ships. I have used A21 twice and it’s a 10/10 for me.
We arrived at Halong Bay from a cruise and had not booked a transfer to Hanoi. A quick Google search led to A21. The communication about Whatsapp was very competent. Payment worked via credit card and an onepay.vn link sent to me. A short time later we were picked up by a luxury shuttle. Super Service!

Wir kamen an der Halong Bucht von einem Cruise an und hatten keinen Transfer nach Hanoi gebucht. Eine schnelle Google Recherche führte zu A21. Die Kommunikation über Whatsapp war sehr kompetent. Bezahlung funktionierte über Kreditkarte und einen mir zugesandten onepay.vn Link. Kurze Zeit später wurden wir von einem Luxus-Shuttle abgeholt. Super Service!

Used A21 Tours for a quite last minute pick up from Hà Long to Hà Noî. We used the shared limousine van. It arrived at our hotel on the agreed time and did a perfect drop off at the site in Hà Noî we agreed upon. All without any hassle. A real safe and comfortable drive thanks to an experienced driver and a very clean van! All in all I would definitely use A21 again a next time!

The car was extremely comfortable, neat and clean. The driver was on time and took one break at a convenient spot on our trip from Hanoi to Ha Long.
I even forgot my phone in the van, and they managed to bring it back to me right away - again I am grateful for their quick response, when we texted them about it.
It was also very cheap, considering the comfort and the bottle of water each passenger got. We had a great ride here and I can only recommend to book your ride with A21.
