Great Service. We used the service from Hanoi to Halong Bay (return). Everything was great. The driver was on time. Communications with the staff also easy. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Prompt and excellent customer svs.
I booked my trip w A21 and had to cancel it due to some medical conditions. In the midst of my handling all these medical issues, Michael was prompt in his replies and rendered one of the best customer svs that I had encountered thus far. I might have missed this trip, but with this experience, I'm sure , God willing, I will come back to this company:)

Great Transport wirh best Karma! We took the Minibus from Hanoi to Halong and it was just perfect! The bus was brandnew, clean and we felt lile real VIP. The bus welas in time and the driver was absolutely nice!
Best thing: I forgot my 150USD glasses in the van and the driver brought it to our hotel in halong the next day!
